Claims policy

New Returns: All goods to be returned must be (1) approved by the selling importer, (2) are subject to a 15% restock charge, and (3) dealer must pay reasonable freight charges to Los Angeles, CA. Return freight will not exceed the original freight charge.

Defective goods, (suspected): Direct Access Wholesale Flooring will contact and employ a certified flooring inspection service. The flooring dealer will not be required to do so, but may, if the issue of bias is in play, employ his own inspection company for a second opinion.
